Travel Insured is excited to start off the celebration of Customer Service Week which will be held from October 5 – 9, 2015! Started in 1991, Customer Service Week was created to provide a unique opportunity for service and support professionals around the world to join in a celebration of the important role that customer service plays in every organization. The Customer Service Group has sponsored Customer Service Week to raise awareness of the importance of customer service and to honor service professionals worldwide.
While each and every employee contributes to the success of Travel Insured, and directly or indirectly provides customers with an exceptional customer experience, it is the Customer Care Department and Claims Support Representatives who interact with our customers all day, every day. A majority of the time, the only personal connection our customers have with TII is the one they have with these positive, customer-focused individuals. Call after call, it is their positive attitude and patient assistance that plays such a critical role in creating and maintaining our outstanding reputation in the market place.
