Consider Your Plan Documents

It’s a good idea to read through your plan documents before departing for your trip. You will be better prepared should something unforeseen come up. Collect Supporting Documentation

    I submitted my claim almost 4 weeks ago and I tried to call today… I hung up after waiting 2.5 hours for someone to answer. When should to expect to hear something?

  3. Re; Cancel for Any Reason
    We have cancelled our trip already and filed claim forms with appropriate documentation as requested via emails from your office. All Documents filed on or about 4/10 and 4/13. To date according to your website no claim has been setup so I have been unable to do any followup. I can provide policy numbers and any other info you need again if necessary.
    Please advise
