Available with all our products, OnCall International will provide translation services for over 100 languages worldwide.  Simply call the number provided in your Description of Coverage while traveling internationally.

Prescription Drug/Eyeglass Replacement

Have you ever left home without your medication?  Concerned about what happens if you break your eyeglasses while traveling?  You can now put your mind at ease!  We provide a service that will assist you in finding a quality pharmacy or eye doctor close to your destination when you are away from home.  They can help coordinate with your doctor, the only thing you have to do is show up and pay.  It is important to note that the cost of the prescription may not be covered by the policy, but the service is available at no cost to assist you in acquiring what you need.

Identity Theft Assistance

Losing or having your wallet or purse stolen while traveling can be a traumatic experience.  When you purchase a Worldwide Trip Protector or Trip Protector Gold Policy, ID Theft Assistance is included at no additional cost.  There are many benefits available through this service which include but are not limited to:

• Notification to the three major credit bureaus
• Provides fraud alerts
• Research and investigate potential damage
